The following are the terms and conditions of the customized cartoon real-life figurine service provided by our company. Please read and confirm them carefully. If you choose our service and submit an order, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Overview
Our company focuses on providing high-quality customized cartoon real-life figurine services. Based on the customer’s photos or needs, we will create personalized figurine products for you through a professional design and production team. This service is a customized product, and all design and production links are based on the information provided by the customer.

2. Customized Service Process
2.1 Demand Confirmation
Customers are required to provide clear front and side photos and related design requirements before placing an order, including but not limited to hairstyle, clothing, expression, accessories, etc. If the customer has special needs (such as specific styling, theme design, etc.), please specify when placing an order.
2.2 Quotation and Payment
– After the customer confirms the customization needs, we will provide a detailed quotation based on the specific requirements.
– The customer needs to pay 50% of the total order amount as a deposit, and start design and production after confirming the order.
2.3 Design and Confirmation
– Before production begins, we will provide a preliminary 3D design or hand-drawn design for the customer to review and confirm.
– Customers can make revisions during the design draft stage, with up to 3 free revisions. If the revisions exceed the number, additional fees will be charged as appropriate.
2.4 Production and Delivery
– After the customer confirms the design draft, we will enter the production stage. The model product generally takes 15 working days or about 20 days to complete (may be extended depending on the complexity).
– After the product is completed, we will deliver it to the customer’s designated address through logistics.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1 Order Cancellation Policy
– If the customer cancels the order before production begins, 90% of the deposit paid will be refunded, and the remaining 10% will be used as design and management fees.
– Once the product enters the production stage (such as material procurement, modeling, etc.), the customer will not be able to cancel the order, and the payment will not be refunded.
3.2 Refund Policy
– Customized products are highly personalized products and are not subject to the unconditional return policy for general products.
– If there are quality problems (such as obvious damage, serious discrepancy between the design and the confirmed draft), customers can apply for return or remedial measures.
– If the product does not meet expectations due to errors, blurriness, etc. in the photos or design requirements provided by the customer, no refund will be made.

4. Acceptance and after-sales service
4.1 Acceptance criteria
The customer should complete the acceptance within 7 days after receiving the product. If you find the following problems with the product, please contact us in time:
– The product is seriously inconsistent with the confirmed design draft;
– Obvious material or production defects;
– The product is damaged during transportation (clear photos or videos are required as proof).
4.2 After-sales service
– For confirmed problems, we will provide repair or re-production services within a reasonable range.
– If the customer requires modification or adjustment of the product for personal reasons, a fee will be charged according to the specific circumstances.

5. Customer responsibility
Information accuracy: Customers must ensure that the photos, design requirements and other relevant information provided are true and accurate. If the product is not produced in accordance with the requirements due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, the responsibility shall be borne by the customer.
Design confirmation: Customers need to carefully check and confirm all details during the design confirmation stage. Once the confirmation draft enters the production stage, any additional modifications will be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy Protection
6.1 Intellectual Property
– The copyright of the design and model of the customized product belongs to the company. Customers shall not copy, modify or use it for commercial purposes without authorization.
– The photos and design requirements provided by the customer will only be used for this customization and will not be used for other purposes.
6.2 Privacy Protection
The company is committed to protecting customer privacy. All personal information provided will only be used for order production and delivery and will not be disclosed to any third party.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of order delays or inability to perform due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, government regulations, etc.), the company will not be responsible, but will try its best to negotiate solutions with customers.
